Dr. Frankenhoff spent all the time I needed answering questions about my upcoming surgery and was very reassuring. I feel like I am in excellent care with her. The other doctor, Robert (not sure if first or last name), who is a plastic surgeon, was equally helpful and answered questions as well.

Dr Frankenhoff was just great. She explained the problem I was having concisely and let me know that there was a possibility we would need to pursue an ultrasound for additional diagnosis if the initial treatment did not eliminate the problem.
