You aren’t alone: Issues such as bladder problems, kidney stones and incontinence affect many people every day. These conditions not only cause pain, but might make you feel embarrassed and interfere with your daily life. We can ease your pain and get your life back to normal.

We also treat reproductive problems and infertility in men, and provide permanent birth control with a vasectomy. For women with reproductive or infertility issues, we have a dedicated Women’s Health team ready to help.

While many other hospitals provide basic urologic care, we not only treat our patients, but learn from them. 

As an academic medical center, our specialists are also faculty and researchers at the VCU School of Medicine. Our team is involved in both clinical and scientific research projects that find new ways to improve care here and around the world. Going beyond everyday care also means we work directly with two laboratories investigating both bladder smooth muscle physiology and urologic tissue engineering.
