Take the opportunity to submit and discuss your de-identified case study for feedback from our interprofessional team of diabetes and hypertension specialists. Anyone can submit a case study for review. To submit a case for presentation during an ECHO clinic, please email the team at EchoDMHTN@vcuhealth.org.
