If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

Urgent calls after normal office hours are handled by the on-call neurosurgeon.
Calls for questions regarding test results or plan of care, or for medications should be placed during normal office hours.
We make every effort to respond promptly to messages, usually within 24 hours. When leaving a voicemail message, please include the following: full name, including middle initial; date of birth; day/night/cell phone contact numbers; VCU medical record number (MRN); and a brief description of the reason for your call.
