How to Prepare for Your Visit
To obtain the most from your visit, it is helpful to make sure the patient’s records are available to the genetic counselor or geneticist prior to your visit. If you are already a patient of the VCU Health System, your records are already available for review. It is also helpful to complete the mailed genetics medical history questionnaires prior to your visit, and if possible send by fax or scan to email to the on-call genetic counselor. Please see patient questions for paperwork we ask to be completed.
