The endoscopy suite at VCU Medical Center offers a full range of services to patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Fluoroscopy is available in the suite, allowing endoscopic procedures that require fluoroscopy to be performed on site. Our procedures offered include:

Using the Most Advanced Endoscopic Equipment Available
As part of a nationally recognized academic medical center, our gastroenterologists are developing, evaluating and implementing new endoscopic technologies and techniques daily – and are one of the only providers in the region to offer advanced services for Barrett’s esophagus treatment. Offering the broadest range of endoscopic services in the region, our gastroenterologists use state-of-the-art equipment to perform routine and complex endoscopic procedures, including:

- Cellvizio®
- SpyGlassTM Cholangioscopy
- Cyrotherapy, endoscopic mucosal resection and radio frequency ablation for Barrett’s esophagus
- Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
