Richmond ‘Top Docs’ announced for 2025. Guess who made the list?
More than 200 VCU Health providers were featured in Richmond Magazine’s annual list.
April 01, 2025
Richmond Magazine released its yearly edition of the publication featuring the best of the best doctors in the Richmond region. Among the 443 medical professionals selected, we are happy to share that more than 200 VCU Health providers were named Top Docs 2025.
The VCU Health doctors named to this year’s list are experts in a wide range of specialties, caring for patients across our academic health system. Some of the places you can see them include Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU, VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, VCU Stravitz-Sanyal Institute for Liver Disease and Metabolic Health, VCU Hume-Lee Transplant Center, and VCU Health Pauley Heart Center, to name a few.
"Having hundreds of our providers featured on Richmond Magazine’s Top Docs list demonstrates their unending dedication to the individual needs of our patients,” said Marlon Levy, M.D, M.B.A., senior vice president for VCU Health Sciences and CEO of VCU Health. “Hospitals and health care systems serve as a cornerstone for communities, so it is truly an honor to receive this recognition – by our community – for our team’s tireless work to preserve and restore the health of each person who comes into our care.”
As part of the magazine’s April edition, Patrick Nana-Sinkam, M.D., VCU Health’s associate vice president of clinical and translational research, was featured in an article about the impact of clinical research on our community.
