The 56th annual Children’s Hospital Foundation Ball, presented by Davenport & Company LLC, brought to life annual festivals from around the world through the theme, “Same Time Next Year.” The Nov. 1 event raised $150,122 to help create a pediatric laser center at CHoR’s Center for Craniofacial Care. The laser center will help children with vascular birthmarks and scars including those from burns or other traumatic injuries. Organized by the Junior Board of Children’s Hospital Foundation, a group of 50 volunteers who work year-round to plan the event, the Ball has raised more than $4 million for CHoR since 2000.
