Liver Transplant Team

In addition to the team below, our liver transplant team also includes ambulatory and inpatient nurse coordinators who work closely with our patients and their families throughout the entire referral, evaluation, transplant and post-transplant process, as well as hepatocellular carcinoma nurse coordinators who work with patients with liver cancer and coordinate their care with the interdisciplinary team.
