She was friendly and courteous and provided excellent care to me. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, she asked questions that she needed answers to and let me ask and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease about the procedure that I was going to go through. She took very good care of me and I was happy and confident about my future outcome when I left. Thank you very much for your care and time that you spent with me.
