Dr. Salkey is very detailed in her physical assessment plus in attempting to determine cause of condition. She spends time in discussion of treatment options and patient teaching. She is definitely a clinically oriented dermatologist rather than cosmetically which is very refreshing. She never discusses Botox etc. She knows you as an individual.

She was poised, pleasant, and cheerful, did not seem particularly concerned with my rashes. She spent the alotted time, wrote a prescription and said " see you in a year". Period. I liked her, but felt she was "just doing her job". I would have liked her to be a little more curious about all the different (non-cancerous) warts and rashes .
