The experience with the Dr was beyond Very Good, the listening, putting ones stress at ease, the compassion and understanding with including you in the treatment plan is excellent. The Dr talks to you "not" at you is how well you are treated and listened to.

I have an odd and rather uncommon issue, and not only was I taken seriously by Dr. Shah, he spoke with a colleague and developed a plan of action that would resolve the problem. My previous provider did NOT send the medical records and I wasn't able to access them through my patient portal, but even without this information Dr. Shah was able to formulate a loose plan of attack that really secured my confidence in him.

When Dr. R. Shah made rounds the morning after surgery, he asked me about a family member we had talked about a month before at my referral visit. That was a wonderful that he remembered the topic.

The doctor is always pleasant when I talk to her. She is very thorough with my care. I feel like I can ask questions at anytime during our visit, if I am not sure of something she said to me and she is happy to explain it.
